Missouri Traumatic Brain Injury Implementation Partnership Project
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), Bureau of Special Health Care Needs was recently awarded a U.S. Health and Human Services, Health Resources Services Administration four year grant. The project titled the Missouri Traumatic Brain Injury Implementation Partnership Project is designed “to provide individuals with traumatic brain injuries and their families with improved access to comprehensive, multidisciplinary, coordinated, and easily accessible systems of care”.

The Kansas City Summer Transportation Institute provides an exciting opportunity for high school students in the Greater Kansas City area to learn about careers in transportation in an intense, four-week summer program. The STI creates awareness and stimulates interest in the wealth of career opportunities that exist in the transportation industry. It also includes self-discovery activities designed to enhance teamwork, leadership, and provide students with an introduction to college life.
